I've set the default font to Times New Roman and it appears that way on screen, but prints incorrectly. Any ideas? I've reinstalled my printer and checked for updates to the driver. I just got a new laptop with Windows 10 Home and Office 365. The envelope print function worked fine with my old laptop.

The "font changing by the input language" override the setup style. Expand or condense the space evenly between all the selected characters. Select the text that you want to change. On the Home tab, click the Font dialog box launcher (circled in green in the screenshot below), and then click the Advanced tab. In the Spacing box, click Expanded or Condensed, and then specify how much space you want in the By box. Launch Font Book (open applications folder in Finder, find and launch "Font book.app") Select the font you want to prioritize in the center pane. Ensure Font Information is selected in the top left of the window, and find the PostScript Name field in the right pane and copy it. Quit all Office apps. Launch Terminal.app.
after being able to correctly type a few words , during typing the font automatically changed to Kokila. Many a times during a deadline submission this increases a lot of work at the typists end. Is there some way to prevent this kind of thing i.e. font getting changed from Mangal to Kokila during typing. Once I have set Mangal font I would
