Mengapa ini terjadi? hal ini terjadi karena pada saat user itu melepaskan cartridge dari printer HP deskjet 5820 beliau tidak melakukan stop kran atau putaran yang ada di tempat tabung di sebelah kanan printer itu tidak diposisikan off. hal ini sangat berbahaya. karena nanti akan terjadi seperti yang saya jelaskan tadi akan menyebabkan semua tinta itu akan kembali ke dalam tabungnya. Taruhlah catering tersebut diatas tisu kering untuk melihat apakah semua warna itu sudah keluar dengan normal. kemudian setelah catridge tersebut sudah normal, langkah berikutnya yang saya lakukan adalah saya harus mengalirkan terlebih dahulu semua tinta memenuhi selang hingga ke ujung nya, caranya bagaimana caranya adalah disedot satu-persatu. kalau langkah ke-1 dan ke-2 diatas sudah dilakukan kemudian pasanglah scanner untuk melakukan uji coba.
